These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the ahtrack.com website (the “Site”) and the tracking services made available by AHTrack S.A.S. (“AHTrack”). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms without reservation.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site allows you, among other things, to track parcels entrusted to the AHTrack network, contact our services, request a quote for transport services and apply to become a delivery partner. The transport services themselves are governed by separate contractual terms agreed with shipping customers.
2. Access to the Site
The Site is available free of charge to any user with Internet access. AHTrack strives to keep the Site continuously available but cannot be held liable for interruptions, maintenance or malfunctions beyond its control.
3. Parcel tracking
Tracking information displayed on the Site is provided for information purposes and reflects the latest events recorded by our network. It does not constitute a contractual commitment on lead times. Tracking numbers are personal: you agree not to attempt to access information about parcels for which you are neither the shipper nor the recipient.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, including: bulk extraction of data from the Site (scraping), disrupting its operation, circumventing its security measures or impersonating a third party in the forms provided.
5. Prohibited goods
The AHTrack network does not accept the transport of dangerous, illegal or regulated goods, including: flammable or explosive materials, weapons, narcotics, live animals, unpackaged perishable goods, cash and precious metals. 6. Intellectual property
The Site, its structure, contents, visual identity, trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of AHTrack or its licensors. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Liability
AHTrack makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, without guaranteeing its completeness. AHTrack cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site. Liability relating to transport services is governed by the applicable transport terms and the international conventions in force.
8. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. AHTrack has no control over these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
9. Changes to the Terms
AHTrack may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the day you use the Site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
