This privacy policy describes how AHTrack S.A.S. (“AHTrack”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the ahtrack.com website and our delivery services. It applies to parcel recipients, shipping customers, delivery partners and website visitors.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
In the course of delivering parcels, we process the data transmitted by the shipper: name, delivery address, email address, phone number and any delivery instructions.
When you use ahtrack.com, we collect the data you provide through our forms (contact, quote, partner application), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) under the conditions described in our Cookies Policy.
At the time of delivery, we may collect proof of delivery including a timestamp, the geolocation of the handover point and, depending on the service chosen by the shipper, a signature or a photograph of the drop-off location.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to: perform the delivery service and provide tracking; notify you of your parcel’s progress; handle returns, claims and requests sent to our customer service; prepare quotes and manage the commercial relationship with our shipping customers; recruit and manage our delivery partners; improve the quality and security of our services; and comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax requirements.
4. Legal bases
Depending on the case, our processing relies on: the performance of a contract (delivery, customer account, partnership); our legitimate interest (service improvement, fraud prevention, network security); your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies); or compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Recipients of the data
Your data is accessible to authorized AHTrack teams and to our delivery partners (delivery service providers) only to the extent necessary to perform the delivery.
We also use technical processors (hosting, notification delivery, customer support tools), bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection commitments. We never sell your personal data.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, in particular in connection with deliveries to or from the United States or the United Kingdom, we implement the appropriate safeguards required by regulation, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention periods
Data related to a delivery is kept for as long as necessary to perform the service, then archived for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Proofs of delivery are kept for 24 months. Data from contact and quote forms is kept for 3 years after the last exchange. Unsuccessful partner applications are deleted after 2 years.
8. Your rights
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data, as well as the right to set directives regarding your data after your death.
You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to [email protected], attaching proof of identity if necessary. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications, access control, logging, team awareness training and regular audits of our systems and processors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in our services or in regulation. The current version is always available on ahtrack.com, together with its last update date.
